Using the product

Receipt Statement Linker helps you preserve receipt context, compare it with statement CSV rows, and export links you approve. You are responsible for reviewing every match and for the files you import or export. Do not use the product to process data you are not authorized to handle.

No financial, accounting, or tax advice

Suggestions are based on amount, date, and merchant text. They can be wrong. The product does not verify that a transaction, deduction, account category, receipt, or tax position is correct. Keep source documents and consult a qualified professional when required.

Free and paid editions

The free edition includes capture for up to 25 saved receipts, CSV matching, review, enriched CSV export, and attachment manifest export. A one-time $19 license removes the saved-receipt limit and enables library backup for the supported product version. Accessibility, export, and safety controls are never paywalled.

Payment, refunds, and licenses

Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles checkout and refunds under the terms presented at checkout. A refunded, revoked, expired, invalid, or wrong-product license will no longer unlock paid features. Keep your token private. The license may be restored on another device by pasting it into the workbench.

Availability and warranty

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or correctness of suggested matches. To the extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for lost records, incorrect filings, or indirect damages. Export backups before clearing browser data or changing profiles.

Changes and open-source license

These terms may change as the product evolves; the effective date will be updated. Source code is provided under the MIT License; these product terms govern the hosted page, billing, and service relationship.
